The Conscious Lawyer magazine values and respects any personal data it collects from subscribers. No personal data will be ever be sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. 

Data Collected and Mailing List

As part of the registration process for the magazine, personal information from subscribers is collected. That information is used:

  • to email each subscriber when a new issue of the magazine has been published (currently no more than three times per year)
  • on an adhoc and infrequent basis with other updates such as the launch of the website

The email list will never be shared with other organisations and businesses without explicit prior consent.

A third-party provider, MailChimp, is used to deliver emails to subscribers. Mailchimp gathers statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help monitor and improve mailings. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.


It is possible to unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of The Conscious Lawyer emails or by emailing
